What is Clinical Hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy sessions can help you create positive, lasting change by working directly with the unconscious mind. Sessions can assist with a wide range of challenges — from breaking unhelpful habits to improving sleep, motivation, and self-confidence.
The initial session is 90 minutes, including time for intake and discussion. Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes and may be spaced weekly or fortnightly depending on your goals. While some people may notice significant shifts after one session, hypnotherapy is often most effective when approached as a short-term series of sessions.
Clinical hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation — similar to daydreaming or the moments just before sleep. In this state, the conscious mind becomes quieter, allowing access to the unconscious — where our habits, patterns, emotions, and beliefs are stored.
You remain in control throughout the process, but become more receptive to guided suggestions that support the changes you’re seeking. This is not a passive process; rather, it’s a collaborative and empowering experience designed to work with your mind, not against it.
During a session, we explore the underlying drivers of behaviours or challenges, and gently work to interrupt those patterns and introduce healthier alternatives. Because the work happens at the unconscious level, it can be particularly effective for creating shifts that feel more natural and sustainable over time.

PRICING OVERVIEW
Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions
$250 | 1.5 hours (first session)
$180 | 1 hours (subsequent sessions)
Sessions are provided face-to-face or via video

A welcome email and relaxation meditation will be provided upon booking. This will explain location and information specific to your session. It is recommended that practice the meditation several times prior to your session. This will assist with ensuring that you can relax and visualise to enhance your hypnotherapy experience.
All clients are provided with an audio recording of their session. This will be emailed to the client post-session.

Video sessions require quality internet services. Quality ear buds/headsets are recommended for best audio. Video sessions are provided via Zoom. Please ensure that you are able to be in a quiet location, free from interruption, and be comfortable in a recliner or comfortable chair.

Practice your relaxation meditation several times per week, leading up to your session.
Wear comfortable and loose clothing
Abstain from caffeine and alcohol to get the most from your session.
Be open-minded and do not have expectations or judgement.
Be punctual for your session.
Eat a light breakfast or lunch prior to your session, dependent on session time.
If your session is via video, please have a quality headset and good internet connection to have the best possible experience during your session. Additionally, you will need to be in a quiet location, free from interruption, and be comfortable in a recliner or comfortable chair.

Clinical Hypnotherapy Sessions must be paid in full one week prior to the scheduled session and includes a $90 non-refundable booking fee upon booking.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be no later than 48 business hours prior to your session.
Reminders for all therapy sessions will be sent to clients via email.
