Infinite Journeys was born from a deep calling to help others heal at the soul level. After more than two decades working as a trauma-informed psychologist, I felt guided to shift into work that aligned with a deeper part of who I am.

Regression therapy changed my life — not just professionally, but personally. It helped me access clarity, peace, and understanding that traditional approaches couldn’t always reach. I now support others on their own journeys of remembering, healing, and reconnecting with their true selves.

MEET YOUR SOUL REGRESSIONIST

Sharon-Lee Duff

After two decades working within the community services sector and in private practice as a trauma-informed psychologist,I’ve begun transitioning toward retirement from psychology. Along the way, I’ve felt a strong pull to move into work that speaks more directly to the soul — and that’s what led me to regression therapy.

My passion for this work comes from my own experience. I’ve journeyed through many past life and between lives regression sessions myself, with lifetimes ranging from royalty in the Middle Ages to a French resistance fighter, and a North American soldier. These journeys brought me profound healing and insight — and affirmed the path I’m now on.

While some approach regression therapy out of curiosity, I’ve found that the most powerful part of this work is the deep emotional and spiritual healing it can offer. My intention is to hold a safe, grounded space for you to explore, understand, and reconnect with your eternal self.

My Journey to
Past Life & Soul Regression Therapy

My journey into regression therapy began in the late 1990s, when I read Journey of Souls by Dr Michael Newton. It was a moment of deep and great realisation for me - I felt that I had gone home. At the time, training in Life Between Lives regression was only available to psychologists and psychiatrists, so I decided to become a psychologist.

I went on to work in child protection and private practice, with a strong focus on trauma, emotional regulation, and holistic healing. But as I entered my 59th year, that original spark reignited. I felt a strong inner knowing — supported by mediumship readings and my own astrology chart — that this work was always part of my soul contract.

Over the years, I’ve trained in clinical hypnotherapy and several regression modalities, including studying in person with Dr Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute in New York. I’ve also completed training in Between Lives Soul Regression, which I find to be one of the most powerful and meaningful modalities I’ve encountered.

This path allows me to blend the grounded, trauma-informed care of my psychology background with a soul-centred, intuitive approach to healing — and I’m so honoured to share it with others.
