WHAT TO EXPECT

What is Between Lives Soul Regression?

Between Lives Soul Regression sessions have a duration of approximately three hours, including pre-talk. Please note that these sessions are usually better suited to clients who have had a past life regression and/or who are highly intuitive. It is also recommended that clients be at least 30 years of age due to possible interference with any soul contracts that have not yet been enacted, which could limit access to information. However, Sharon is happy to proceed with persons aged 18 years and over, provided they are aware of this possible limitation.

A session can assist you to explore and to gain understanding about your eternal soul. Additionally, powerful healing can occur through the process of a regression session. “When we remember, we heal” (Dr Brian Weiss, 2024). During a between lives soul regression therapy session, we have a short past life experience to close the lifetime and enter the gateway to the spirit realm. This allows you to travel “home” and experience a spiritual journey that provides an opportunity to gain insight and to understand your spiritual path, growth, and development.

You may be met by a spirit guide or a family member – or anyone connected to your soul throughout its many journeys. Advanced souls may sometimes go directly into the spirit realm. There can be a joyous meeting with your soul group and/or messages from loved ones who have gone home before you. A healing is offered by a visit to the healing chamber. Meetings may occur with guides and master guides about your current life, including preconception, life purpose, soul contracts, and which planets, realms, and dimensions you have lived in. We can also visit the library of Akashic Records to explore relevant lifetimes that your guides deem necessary for your growth and healing.

During intake, I will ask you to complete an additional section of information. This will include the most significant relationships in your current life, or “cast of characters”, and ten questions that you would like answered during your journey to the spirit realm.

Travel ‘home’ and experience a spiritual journey that provides an opportunity to gain insight and to understand your spiritual path, growth, and development.
